I've had my website built by Luke at Dot go. The whole experience has been great. I was very nervous about what to expect and from the first call with Marius I could tell this was a company that cared and wanted to create the vision I had and make it more special. It was clear that they were very experienced and knew what they were talking about and had a good idea of what I wanted. Luke kept me updated about the different stages of the build. Luke took time to talk to me and get an idea of what I was after and my vision. He took time to learn about me and my business. I spoke to Martin the content writer who was great and also took time to talk with me about what I wanted. Martin asked relevant questions about my experience and qualifications and what I wanted to say. The content was much better than anything i could have written. Martin knew what he was talking about and my business. He really captured what I wanted to say and show to future clients about myself and the business. Luke completed the website and it was better than anything I had been imagining. Luke and Martin really captured my essence and were able to put it into the website. I am very grateful for their hard work and it was truly a pleasure talking with them. They are truly great at what they do. I would highly recommend Dot go and especially Luke!!

I'm always a little wary when I hear something is too good to be true, but DotGo is one of those things that really lives up to the hype. I recommend DotGo to everyone who knows nothing about creating website. They do everything for you and make sure everything works perfectly before website is live. If you get the chance to work with Jess, you will be the luckiest person as Jess does so much more and beyond. She literally is a diamond. Great experience getting my website set up for me I had Dot Go set up my website for me. Customer service was great and the web developer and copywriter assigned to work with me were so friendly and helpful. You are guided through with professionalism, experience, efficiency and simplicity and it feels so straightforward! What can I say! The professionalism, efficiency and quality of the service from Jessica (design) and Nick (narrative) were exemplary. From start to finish you are guided through the process in the most simple manner possible. The process starts with an initial discussion around your requirements, swiftly moving onto the narrative where you are asked all the hight questions about you, your business and target audience Nick (in my case) then produces the narrative which is written specifically for websites and picks up the key words for your searches. Sign this off and your website is set for build with background photos (your own or stock). Tideo (live chat service) is added for free should you require and hyperlinks are there for your social accounts. You are then good to go with a training session which hands over the portal so you can make amends as you go. Highly recommended and you work with great people too!
