Email Delivery and Spam
Ensuring that your emails are sent and received the right way, with none of them dropping into spam or junk folders.
Emails you send shouldn't end up in “Junk” and ensuring emails you receive aren’t spam.
Your emails are your messages to the world.
There is nothing worse than receiving unwanted spam and junk mail, clogging up your inbox and burying important messages for your business.
The same goes with your own emails going to your clients, how can you be certain they aren't ending up in the junk folder?
Why does this matter?
Your sent mail will get lost if it ends up in “junk.” If you receive lots of spam, you’ll miss vital emails from clients.
Confidence
- Your email is a vital component of your website’s functionality.
- When you hit “Send,” you want to feel confident that your email will be delivered.
- Don’t let it get trapped by a “Spam” filter.
Blacklists
- If you receive emails from a spammer, you need us to check the blacklist and block them.
- When sending mail, you never want to be blacklisted yourself.
- It happens more often than you think!
What do we do?
We ensure that your mail is always delivered and pass incoming mail through 3 levels of spam and virus filters.
Outgoing
- Outgoing email is set up so that it always passes deliverability tests.
- We use a professional 3rd party sending service.
- This stops your emails appearing on blacklists or suffering “spam penalties.”
Incoming
- Incoming mail passes through 3 individual levels of security.
- The sender must pass our background checks, be on no blacklists and contain no viruses.
- We also check the contents of the mail, for viruses and suspicious content, with “SpamAssassin.”
Website Forms
- Every form completed on your website is sent to you as an email.
- Copies are stored in your control panel.
- We can create mailing lists from senders (with permission).
