Having one person to liaise with really helped- especially someone as wonderful as Faith who was on hand to answer all our questions at every stage. She guided us through ideas and different suggestions even when we didn't know what we wanted. We now have a brilliant website with full details of how to control and change things as well as, when the time comes, expansion.

Thorough and supportive one-to-ones throughout the process Very thorough with discussing what is wanted for the website, for each step someone is going alongside you. I found it quite overwhelming as there is so much info to consider but Frankie was very patient with me which really alleviated the stress of it. Andrew as well was great at discussing ideas for the content which enabled us to get to the crux of what was to be written. Would 100% recommend.
