From start to finish this experience has been amazing. In total I spoke with 3 members of the team; Fabio initially who understood my business right away, a script writer (sorry your name escapes me) who put it into 'English' for me and then John who designed and built my site. Every step was broken down into easy, understandable, manageable, and realistic terms. I never once felt pressured, mis-heard or even misunderstood.
