I had a website that I wasn't particularly happy with, and asked for a call with DotGo to get a quote. From the start the team were friendly, helpful and made the switch so easy. My designer, Faith, was brilliant - listened to what I wanted, and advised me on what would work well. The website she came up with was great, just what I wanted, and with the addition of support from the technical team and copywriting I couldn't have had a better experience. Would highly recommend.

I have been running my own small business for the last 21months, unfortunately my current website wasn't attracting enough traffic. I started to look for a professional website design company to create a new website without breaking the bank. After speaking to 3 compainies I decided Dotgo was the right company to build my new website, no hard sale, no blinding me with technical data just listening to the reasons why I wanted a new website. Once I had transferred the money the process was quick and easy, Dotgo were very slick and efficient in arranging a web designer, then a web writer drafted the first version within three days. I was sent the first draft via email in a word document. It was explained clearly this was a word document, which needed to be accurate but not complete, once I had viewed and fedback my thoughts the script writer does his magic. Once the magic content has been approved by me the web designer creates the first draft and shares it via a Zoom meeting. This is my opportunity to view and feedback to the web designer. There were a few minor changes required and to be honest the response from the web designer was fantastic, not a problem even removing a section and adding another section, which wasn't mentioned in the first two sessions. It was a quick turn around after the changes, I was delighted with the end result. Dotgo swapped my URL from my previous company to their own, the transition was seamless, although my company email wasn't playing ball, an IT expert sorted it out very quickly. Every person I spoke with at Dotgo were fantatic and a real pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend Dotgo services their attention to detail was second to none, which resulted in a fantastic website. The customer service doesn't end there continual support is only a phone call away. Well done Dotgo a first class service at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely amazing from the first phone call with Josh untill completion of website!! Very patient with me and guided me all the way through any concerns I may of had.... lea my designer has been on top form with calls and emails... ive had a few overwhelming moments, but lea was always available with email and soon called me to reassure me. This has helped me remain calm in moments I would of had a melt down. Cannot recommend these guys enough for there constant support and doing such an amazing job with my Web design. It looks so much better than I had imagined!! The support will continue as and when I am needing it and this is so comforting to know they are only a call away. I looked at many providers for website build and was impressed by Fabio's honesty and easy style. He explained exactly how thinks would work and the experience matched. Jen built my website and made a brilliant job. She asked lots of questions and needed lots of material from me to make this happen. I knew what I wanted, but you d it difficult to explain. The website was better than I could imagine. The content writer Andrew also did a fantastic job. He drew out of me significant material that I had not put forward through great questioning. Again, his contribution was excellent. First class team effort!

Working with DotGo was a complete pleasure, they were transparent from the beginning and stuck to their initial word. The website took 3-4 weeks to go online, from having no content at all to designing a full website.
