He then forwarded me to the Website builder Faith who was brilliant, always supportive and listened to what I wanted, I then had a call with the content writer which was very informative, thank you Martin, and I now have a great website. All calls were on time, talked me though the process and felt supported all the way and still do for the future. I am not very great with IT and feel that they actually care about me getting things right and taking my time, the support staff are available to answer questions and offer ongoing support when ever required and I am sure they will be just as good, I am sure I will be calling them.
