How long does it take to build my website?

We always aim to deliver your website from start to finish within a month – of course this depends on how quickly you can give us any required information or media.

 

  If I need changes can you do this for me ?

We always encourage you to make changes to your website yourself so that you're confident in managing it without having to always call us. If you want us to make a small change or addition to your website, give our support team a call and we'll be able to discuss what changes you need.

 

 What software do you build my website in ?

We don't use Wordpress or any other template based web builder. Our design software has been developed entirely in-house from the ground up, this means every website we build is truly unique.

 

 Are there any extra costs during the build ?

Will my subscription increase after a year?

Absolutely not. When you join us, you’ve picked us for many reasons , with price being one of them. Throughout your stay with us, we will never increase your subscription fees.

How much does it cost to build additional pages?

If you want to add an additional web page yourself, it’s completely free using our fantastic design portal. However, if you would prefer our design team to do this, we charge £50+VAT per page.

Are we the cheapest?

No, but the best things in life rarely are! We are confident to say we offer a professional service backed up with powerful tools and personable in house support at an unbeatable price.

Do the monthly subscription fees vary on packages?

Yes. This is all dependant on what style of website you need. Brochure websites are £34+VAT per month where as an e-commerce website is either £50+VAT or £75+VAT depending on the number of products you are listing.

How much input do you need from me during the website build?

We aren’t here to give you homework, but no one knows your business better than you do. To ensure your content is accurate, you are indexed properly for what you do and that we know what looks good in your eyes, you will have to collaborate with your designer. Luckily we have the perfect tool to accomplish this.

Do we need to meet physically?

Nope! Our entire design process takes place through a series of phone calls and revolves around an online sharing tool we call the design portal.

How long does it take to build my website?

Hosting and management

Who owns my website?

You! Whether you want us to register a domain name for you or you have a domain name already purchased that you want us to build upon, the website is always yours.

Is my website secure?

Absolutely. Every website we build, has their very own SSL certificate (security certificate) which is renewed every year by us. Not only that but your website is always backed up every hour by multiple servers to ensure that your website is always running.

Can I have more than one domain name?

Of course! You can have any number of domain names and each will be hosted, have their own security certificates and be renewed each year for £2.50+VAT per month.

Is my website GDPR compliant?

Yes. Our servers are all UK based, to ensure data is stored appropriately. Additionally we'll make sure your site has the correct customer consent boxes and guide you with your sites privacy policy.

How fast will my website be?

Where are your teams located?

We are a UK based company working out of a converted army barracks in Surrey. Our sales, design and support teams are all located in the same premises. You can usually find them all lurking around the biscuit tin.

Do you outsource any of your work?

No. All of our design, content and development work is done in-house by our staff. We like to keep everything under one roof, this way we can always be there to support and assist you when you need us most.

Email 

What devices can I set my email up on?

Any smart phone, tablet, pc or laptop – If it can send and receive emails, you can be sure your professional email account will work on it. You can also access your email from anywhere using our webmail service.

I already have an existing email address. Can I link it to the website?

Of course you can, however, if you are considering transferring your domain to us there are some implications that will affect your current mail box. We can help guide you through this should you decide to change domain registrar.

Can people subscribe to my mailing list?

Yes, they can. We make it easy for your customers to consent to allow you to store their contact information so that you can use our tools to generate mailing lists while maintain GDPR compliancy.

Can you protect me from Spam and Viruses?

Our advanced mailbox system has a built in virus and spam filter that uses artificial intelligence to determine whether the mail you receive has been sent from a human or a spam-bot. You can configure these features yourself within the web editor.

Can people email me through my website?

We can embed contact forms onto your site so that your clients can send enquiries, arrange quotes or make orders without ever having to leave your website. What’s more, our contact forms are highly customisable!

 

 

 

 Ecommerce

What Payment Providers Do You Support?

Our shopping basket allows our clients to choose to integrate Paypal, Stripe, Klarna, ClearPay, Google Pay and Apple Pay to handle customer transactions


What are my shipping options?

Shipping and packaging costs can be easily adjusted for all of your products by setting up easy to setup bands. Just set each bands criteria and cost for shipping. Each band can be adjusted by weight, size or location.


Will my customers receive a confirmation email?

Yes – this can be customised to include any content you desire, including tracking information or voucher codes.


Can I add variations of my products?

Of course. If you are selling shoes, it’s important your customers need to know what size they are ordering! Our e-commerce system gives you total control over how you display your items.


How do I manage my stock?

Our bulk upload tool allows you to add all of your products, including variations, weight and pricing, effortlessly. Once your shelves are fully stocked, our intelligent automated stock management system will track your inventory for you.
