Gary's review of the DotGO business website design service
I’m a bit late writing my review about DotGO as it started really well, and I wanted to see what the period after the initial set up was like before reviewing and it is clear this company fully deserves its 5-star status. I approached DotGO last year with what is probably normal anxiety associated with launching a business on the web. Their set up services is excellently structured, and the design team deliver very much a ‘hand holding’ approach. Any query or concerns I had, and DotGO were immediately on the phone to me to sort out any issues, of which they were few and very minor. I also had their training induction to help users edit their own websites and the interface is not too complicated making management of the blogs and projects pretty straight forward. I understand it’s a small company, but the service is highly professional and immediate. I have now been subscribed for around 7 months and the support is still awesome. Everyone I’ve spoken to listens and comes up with great solutions. Remy is also really brilliant when it comes to talking around ideas on SEO. I’ve had no down time on my website and it works fluidly in all browsers.
