Third time lucky -- the previous web designers had not listened. Dotgo has a system in place which helps the client to tell the story. I found this really helpful, unlike the boring questionnaires I had been asked to fill out. I found my web designer "got" what I was saying and was helpful in telling the story, including script and images. Strong recommendation.
